Red chair and barn doors

I love the contrast of this image. The dullness of the wood compared to the red. The barn door opposed to a "chic" chair.

Is this a "found" image or did you place the chair? Anyway, the answer isn't important because its a successful photograph no matter what.

shuttergirl said...: Thanks for your comment, Cherry. Glad you came back. This was a found image. The barn is actually a private art gallery and I took this photo during a vernissage. The chair was for the cello player, who had taken a break at this moment and vacated the chair.

I only wish that I could have made the chair appear brighter - but I didn't want to lose the detail in the wood grain at the top of the barn.; September 4, 2007 at 8:39 a.m.
