Metallic mannequin

Searching through old files, I found this image entitled "liquid". I recall this from a photoshoot I did in Montreal at the opening of a boutique that specializes in mannequins.

Women on the Bosphorus cruise

I enjoyed observing these women, their warm interaction with one another, their elegance and yet casual mannerisms. Although it may appear as if they are turning away from the camera, they were in fact distracted by something scenic and were looking toward it when I snapped this. I didn't notice until later that the image could come across as if they were asking not to be photographed - of course, if this were the case, I woudn't have.

Shot in London, England, June 14. I spotted this man and pegged him as the perfect Englishman. So I asked if I could take his portrait, his reply? "Certainly, though I don't know why you'd want to." So dry, so British!
